By accessing or using Fund Buddy (“Platform”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3) Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree not to share your account or allow others to access it.
• You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4) Platform Use

• You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
• You must not attempt to disrupt, damage, reverse engineer, or exploit the Platform.
• We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use violates these Terms.

5) Informational Use / No Financial Advice

Fund Buddy may display balances, simulated returns, investment information, or other content for convenience. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions.

6) Transactions, Deposits, Withdrawals

• Some actions (including withdrawals) may require review and can be marked as Pending until processed.
• We may request additional information to verify ownership, prevent fraud, or comply with policies.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties, banking networks, or incorrect information you provide.

7) User Content & Data

You may submit certain personal details to use the Platform. You agree that you have the right to provide such information. We will handle your data according to our Privacy practices and applicable law.

8) Availability & Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fund Buddy and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the Platform.

10) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we suspect misuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

11) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Platform is operated, without regard to conflict of law rules.
